WHAT WE DO

Acquisition We identify and secure educational facilities in RSF markets, managing site assessment, due diligence, and closing.

Development We structure predevelopment planning, capital improvements, and mission-aligned financing — including NMTC and bond financing — for each campus.

Asset Management We provide long-term facility stewardship: lease administration, maintenance coordination, and compliance on behalf of RSF schools.
